The
Carving Studio and Sculpture
Center is a 501 (c) 3
non-profit arts education
organization. Financial
contributions are
tax-deductible. There are
many ways to support our
mission. |
|
|
-
Membership is a
great way to support
CSSC operations and stay
in touch for a low
annual expense. Member
benefits include “The
Sculptor,” our quarterly
newsletter,
participation in the
Annual Members’ Show,
invitations to gallery
exhibits and events,
discount on stone sales
and voting at our Annual
Meeting.
-
Program contributions
over $100 help to
support artists in
residence, build
community outreach,
maintain and upgrade our
equipment and more.
-
Scholarships assist
deserving participants
who are otherwise unable
to attend our workshops.
The Artist Angel
Fellowship program
allows donors to choose
between a $250 or $500
contribution. Named
scholarships are
supported by
contributions of full
session fee(s). Please
feel free to contact us
to discuss a scholarship
in the name of yourself
or a loved one.
-
The
Winter Studios
Capital Campaign
grew from our need of
more designated indoor
areas for students and
artists in residence. In
2006 we purchased the
former Vermont Marble
Company Coping Shop,
adjacent to our main
building. Funds raised
through the capital
campaign will be used to
renovate the historic
1890’s marble structure
for year-round classroom
and studio space. Please
contact us to
receive a Winter Studios
Capital Campaign
prospectus.
-
Volunteers are the
“work-force” that makes
our organization
successful.
Opportunities include
helping artists with
installations, gallery
sitting, mailing,
special events and more.
-
A 30%
commission from
Sculpture purchases
help fund our exhibition
programs.
Please support the
Carving Studio and
Sculpture Center with
your
DONATION.
